留学（大学進学）、就学（専門学校等）であれば、資格外就労許可を得ることで週２８時間までアルバイトできます。 日配（日本人と婚姻）、永配（日本にいる永住者と婚姻）の場合にはアルバイトだろうが就労だろうが、ほぼ職を問わず過労死するまで働けます。 研修は研修先企業で研修です。資格外就労許可は得られないでしょう。企業内転勤も常識的に、資格外就労許可は得られないでしょうが、正業（定職）があるので問題無いですね。 現実論として、留学、就学では学費と生活費を工面できないと難しいです。「アルバイトで工面」ではありません。 研修は単純労働者を搾取すべく作られたものと言っても過言ではありません。研修ですから残業は認められません。夜は暇という意味ではなく、サービス残業という意味です。 企業内転勤というのは、日本に支社がある本国の企業に就職して、日本の支社に転勤するというものです。 |
